Il più bel appartamento del residence. Il condominio è di buone finiture ed è composto da 40 unità, L’appartamento con bella vista lago si trova al terzo (ed ultimo) piano, servito da ascensore, ed è composto da ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, zona pranzo con angolo cottura, due camere da letto matrimoniali, di cui una con balcone e bagno finestrato con doccia. Ha inoltre una spaziosa terrazza (20 mq, accessibile sia dal soggiorno che dalla camera da letto) esposta ad ovest da cui si ha una meravigliosa vista lago e della piscina.
Sul tetto del condominio si trova un grande solarium in comune da cui si può godere di una bella vista lago.
Di proprietà dell’appartamento ci sono due posti auto nel piano seminterrato e dei lettini sdraio nella zona piscina. Nell’appartamento si trova wi-fi, TV con canali satellitari, lavastoviglie e ventilatori a soffitto per rinfrescare le notti estive.

Recommend it very much. It’s a nice apartment in a great spot at lake Garda. It’s 5 mins walking to the lakefront and all the beautiful shops, restaurants and bars. It has a pharmacy and supermarket just 2 mins next to the apartment, very accommodating. The pool area is spacious and pretty.
The people from Azzurra are very friendly and responsive, check-in and out were quick and easy.
Can’t find anything to complain about, I would just rather recommend it for no more than 4 people (if all are adults)
Das Appartement hat eine gute Aufteilung mit den Zimmern, Bad, etc. und (bis auf die fehlende Klimaanlage) ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben es, ohne Klimaanlage, wie die Italiener gemacht, Fensterläden untertags geschlossen, Ventilator an, am Abend alle Fenster auf und durchgelüftet. Hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat 2 zusammen gehörende Balkone mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Die Gegend ist sehr schön ruhig, kein Straßenlärm oder ähnliches. Der Pool, sehr groß, super sauber und gepflegt, eigene Liegestühle pro Appartement, eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz pro Appartement und eine außergewöhnlich große sehr gepflegte Liegewiese. Jederzeit empfehlenswert!!! Super einfache und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld des Urlaubs!!!
Würde ich wieder buchen
Der Blick über den See war toll. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, genau wie der Balkon. Die Agentur vor Ort war sehr nett

Ich bin schon des Öfteren in Bardolino zum Urlaub gewesen und Bardolino ist mein persönlicher Favorit am Gardasee. Im La Terrazza Sul Lago bin ich zum ersten Mal und sehr zufrieden. Haben das oberste Appartement mit Seeblick, Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmer, eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz, eigene Sonnenliegen für das Appartement, eine tolle Liegewiese und ein sehr sauberer, schöner großer Außenpool für Gemeinnutzung. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber wer sich im Urlaub in Italien befindet, weiß sich zu helfen. Meiner Meinung nach, sollte die Unterkunft etwas mehr kosten und dafür die Klimaanlage bieten. Ansonsten Schlüsselübergabe, Abholort, etc. hat alles bestens geklappt und es gab schon vor der Anreise eine positive Kommunikation. Die Wohnung bietet ansonsten alles was man braucht, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Bardolino nicht weit, schöner Fleck für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Beautiful and warm holiday
Great holiday in a delicius clean and well equipped apartment. The only minus was, that there where no aircon, as we had very high temperatures during our stay, and the ceiling fans did not help much.
But we would definitely go there again😀
Wohnung ist super
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist super viel Platz und sauber.
Die Aussicht und der Balkon sind sensationell wir würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung buchen.
