Spaziosa villetta a schiera con un pò di vista lago situato in un bel residence con piscina
Ci troviamo nelle campagne a Pacengo di Lazise in una zona tranquilla e rilassante. Il complesso si trova a 800 metri da Pacengo e 1500 metri dal lago. Alla stessa distanza è possibile raggiungere Gardaland un’icona di parco divertimenti noto in tutta europa. La zona ha numerose piste ciclabili che si insinuano tra i numerosi vigneti della zona.
La proprietà è su 3 piani per circa 150 mq. Al pianoterra si trova un ampio soggiorno con un angolo cottura, bagno ospiti con finestra e ripostiglio. C’è una piccola porzione di giardino sul fronte ed una ampia zona terrazza sul retro (lato est). Al primo piano ci sono 2 camere da letto. Una con letto matrimoniale, una stanza con 2 letti a castello (4 posti letto), ampia terrazza e bagno finestrato con doccia. Al secondo piano vi è un ulteriore stanza matrimoniale molto ampia mansardata (min.100 cm-max 270 soffitti) con bagno privato e doccia. La proprietà ha inoltre al piano interrato una grande garage per 2 auto (4 x 5 metri).
Animali sono ammessi su richiesta. Il residence ha un’enorme piscina di 20 x 10 metri ed un campo da tennis.
Nella proprietà si trova una lavatrice, lavastoviglie, canali satellitari, aria condizionata e wifi.
In piscina è obbligatorio l’uso della cuffia.
La piscina è aperta da inizio maggio a fine settembre.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad.
De locatie is en de faciliteiten op het park zijn top. Het park ligt op een rustige locatie, maar wel op 10 minuten rijden van het meer en Lazise. Het zwembad en de tennisbaan zijn top qua kwaliteit. Ook de ondersteuning van de organisatie is echt goed. Ze vragen regelmatig per app of alles in orde is en als er iets is, wordt het heel snel opgelost.
We stayed at Casa Ruby for a week with our 3 kids and loved everything about it. The house was clean and cozy, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Being so close to Gardaland was a big bonus! The best part was the amazing support from the Immobiliare Azzurra team — they responded to every message and call super quickly and were very helpful. We would love to come back again!
Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Ruby war sehr gut. Wir hatten jederzeit eine sehr nette und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin bei aufkommenden Fragen. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Standard in deutscher Wertung wäre eher als gut zu beschreiben. Was bei uns unüblich und daher ungewohnt ist, sind die nur zentral zu regelnde Heizung als auch die getrennten Wasserhähne für Kalt- und Heißwasser. Ohne den benötigten Druck war ein wirklich schönes Duschen leider nicht machbar. In Summe funktionierte aber alles und war durchaus vertretbar. Aus dem oberen Zimmern gab es bei gutem Wetter sogar einen Seeblick! Wir suchten es etwas ruhiger und abgelegen, das fanden wir hier.
Empfehlenswert, schöne,saubere Anlage. Mitte in der Natur. Apartments gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert.

Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage und es eigentlich sogar mehr ein Reihenhaus. Die Vermietung läuft über ein Immobilien Büro und wird sehr professionell abgewickelt.
A simple but comfortable and clean property in a very good location!
The location is great. 4 minutes from Gardaland and Movieland. Lazise itself is also beautiful. close to all Garda lake places. the property was clean, comfortable and spacious. we cooked and ate in the apartment, so we liked that the kitchen is big, spacious and well equipped. the staff were very kind and helpful!
