MONOLOCALE (max 3 persone) di circa 40 mq posto in un condominio residenziale situato nel centro storico di Bardolino. La proprietà si trova al 2 piano e mezzo, ed è stato arredato a nuovo. E’ composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura e letto matrimoniale, una branda pieghevole con materasso 10 cm di spessore, bagno con doccia. Ha riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, tv satellitare e lavatrice. Nonostante la posizione centrale è relativamente tranquillo in quanto affacciato sul retro. Animali di piccola taglia (sotto i 10 kg) sono ammessi con un supplemento per le pulizie.
Non è ammesso fumare all’interno della proprietà. Ideale per coppie. Carico e scarico valigie a 50 metri.
Parcheggio non incluso nel prezzo. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito disponibile in zona senza prenotazione (potrebbe essere a pagamento). Possibilità di parcheggiare a 10 € al giorno a 350 mt.

Die Unterkunft hat eine unglaublich tolle Lage direkt im Stadtzentrum. Bei der Ausstattung hat mir persönlich nichts fehlt. Die Dame die sich um die Immobilie gekümmert hat, war immer gut erreichbar und hat sehr freundlich weitergeholfen.

Location is perfect! In the centre, with nice restaurants and the harbour within 200meters. The airconditioning was much appreciated.

Die Lage war perfekt und Frau Arietti war sehr bemüht! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr unkomplizierte und äußerst freundliche Schlüsselübergabe in Affi, man kann mit dem Auto super das Gepäck ausladen (zu bestimmten Zeiten). Fantastische Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Da wir Bardolino sehr gut kennen, haben wir das sehr geschätzt. Trotzdem ruhig (naja bis eben auf manche Nachbarn, welche morgens etwas lauter sein müssen – die gibt es wohl überall). Wir kommen wieder!!! Danke! .

tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt, Klimaanlage sehr gut, moderne Einrichtung. Gerne wieder!

Our expectations were exceeded and will definitely return.
The location of the property is exceptional and the facilities are splendid with a washing machine and kitchen. We love the ambiance of being in the middle of the sparkling Bardolino and enjoyed every moment of it. Although being in the center of the town you don’t notice it after closing the front door which serves a good night rest whilst being able to step outside and mingle in the of sparkling evening buzz. After waking up it’s a small walk to take a refreshing dive in the beautiful Garda lake.
Super freundlicher Service, perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt, alles war vorhanden, fragen konnten vorab, zwischendurch und hinterher immer gestellt werden, unkomplizierter Chek-in, Sauberkeit.
