Overview
Casa “I Roccoli”, is a beautiful recently renovated property, with a mini swimming pool (180 x 330 cm) with whirlpool for exclusive use immersed in a spectacular olive grove in a quiet area where you can relax.
The property of approx. 180 m2 is divided over 2 floors equipped with every comfort. On the lower floor there is a large living room created in a veranda with fireplace and wood-burning oven overlooking the olive grove towards the west, a kitchen and adjoining dining room, a single room with 1 bed and a bathroom. On the upper floor, however, there are 3 bedrooms inspired by 3 different themes (Indian, Zen and Romeo & Juliet) with 2 bathrooms both equipped with showers. Two bedrooms share a west-facing balcony with a romantic view of the olive grove and vineyards of the surrounding hills.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, television with satellite channels, wi-fi and air conditioner on both floors.
I Roccoli property is able to accommodate up to 7 people and differs from other properties due to its full immersion in nature, also ideal for those who want to bring along their faithful four-legged friends who are always welcome here. It has 2 covered parking spaces in the garage and outdoor parking spaces.
I Roccoli house offers its customers a large equipped outdoor space (deckchairs), suitable for spending moments in the open air, for consuming aperitifs and meals or, simply, for relaxing in the swimming pool among the olive trees, caressed by the sweet breeze coming from the Lake Garda.
The center of Bardolino is just 2.5 km away, which can also be traveled by bicycle through the numerous streets that intersect among the Bardolino vineyards.
The pool is open from 1st of May till 6th of October.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist modern, gepflegt und dank der Klimaanlage auch an warmen Tagen sehr angenehm. Besonders das große Grundstück und der regelmäßig gereinigte Pool haben uns gut gefallen.
Die Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll und stilvoll nach verschiedenen Themen gestaltet. Der Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert. Die Gartenarbeiten haben zu Beginn etwas länger gedauert als geplant, nach unserer Rückmeldung wurde sich jedoch schnell darum gekümmert.
Als kleine Anmerkungen: Das Nachbarferienhaus liegt etwas näher als erwartet. Die Palettenmöbel im Vorraum sowie die schweren Marmor-Tische und -Stühle sind optisch sehr schön, im Alltag aber etwas unpraktisch. Außerdem würde etwas mehr Dekoration den Gemeinschaftsbereichen noch mehr Gemütlichkeit verleihen.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank dafür ☺️
