The apartment has a parking space in the basement and a large storeroom.
In the apartment there is air conditioning, satellite TV (with foreign channels), dishwasher and washing machine.
We are located in a quiet area, 1500 meters from the town center, 700 meters from supermarket and pharmacy.

Zwembad echt super
Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem. Duży balkon i basen. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Blisko restauracja serwująca pyszne jedzenie w przystepnych cenach. Winiarnia po drugiej stronie ulicy.
Es waren schöne und erholsame und sonnige Urlaubstag für uns .
Die Lage war prima, nur ein paar Gehminuten zu Fuß nach Lazise. Per Auto ging es auch schnell nach Bardolino. Wir haben ganz in der Nähe eine Weinverkostung machen können und super Oliven Öl kaufen können. In der Nähe (5 Gehminuten) ist eine super Pizzeria und sehr günstig !!! Unsere Betreuerin Frau Arietti (von Booking.com) war super nett und hilfsbereit und hat sich sofort um neue Liegen gekümmert für den Pool-Bereich !!! Super, wir würden gerne noch einmal dort Urlaub machen.
Der Pool war super gepflegt und schön groß.
Man musste die Liegen täglich von der Wohnung zum Pool tragen und aufbauen.
Sehr ruhige Lage mit super Pool
Die Lage der Anlage sowie die Pool sind super, Balkonsicht wie im Bild direkt auf Pool, Wohnung sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Agentur über Whats App während des Urlaubs jederzeit möglich, mit schnellen Antworten und Lösungen. Sitzen auf Balkon fast unmöglich da Klimaanlageninverter auf Balkon sitzt und somit immer warme Luft rausgeblasen wird (Klimaanlage zum Zeitpunkt des Balkonaufenthaltes ausschalten). Poolregeln: Ruhezeit zwischen 13.30 – 15.30 Uhr, keine Spielgeräte, keine Schwimmmatten…. Küche enthält alles was man braucht. Stellplatz für Auto mit Tiefgarage, Wir hatten Hund mit dabei kein Problem
