The lower floor with separate access is a tavern / lounge, a single sofa bed, a windowed bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool area that measures about 6 x 3 meters. The house has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV barbecue and more. It has space for 2 cars. Perfect for those seeking privacy, relaxation and a strategic location for exploring the lake, the view will win you over! We are also only 700 meters from the beach.
