The property has also a covered outdoor parking space (measures L 235 cm, H 200 cm, W 600 cm) near to the entrance.
The strength of the property is its proximity to the lake, only 200 meters away and to the center of Lazise approx. 250 meters. The nearest supermarket is only a 3 minute walking distance.

The pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09.
In the pool it is obligatory to wear a bathing cap.
