APARTMENT for up to 6 persons with lake view located in the beautiful residence Villa da Sacco in Colà of LAZISE. The flat is divided on 2 floors and is located on the second floor. It has a large living room with kitchenette, a large sofa/double bed, one bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the attic floor (maximum height 2.10 m), with 2 rooms and a store space. Upstairs there is another sofa bed for 2 people. Characteristic feature of the property is the exposed wooden ceiling. It has a garage with up-and-over door and an outside parking space of its own. There is air conditioning in the flat.
Animals are unfortunately not allowed.
The Villa da Sacco dates back to 1880 and was fully renovated in 2003.
It has a large park of about 20000 sqm overlooking the hills, where the historic centre of Colà is located. Inside the property, in addition to charming walking paths, there is a beautiful swimming pool with a solarium area and other common areas.
The location is extremely quiet and within easy reach of essential services such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants.
Just one km away is the amazing thermal park dei cedri. The lake is only 3 km away and the highway Affi exit can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
Pool is open from mid May till end of September.

Charming rustic apartment set at the top of a hill in the lovely village of Colà. The apartment has a bedroom, lounge with sofa bed and a mezzanine which also has a sofa bed. It was however extremely hot on the mezzanine which made it impossible to use during our stay in August, fortunately there were just 4 of us so we were able to manage without this area.

Het minder stijlvolle meubilair, niet in verhouding tot de stijlvolle locatie.
The position and the view of our room was awesome. You can see the lake, vineyard and Alps. Spacious apartment with a good kitchen, we cooked everyday here.
Posizione decentrata, tra i vigneti, molto silenziosa. La tenuta è piuttosto vasta, la piscina non enorme ma molto piacevole soprattutto per la calura estiva. L’appartamento pulitissimo, con soppalco. Apprezzato il silenzio della struttura.
