About us

Immobiliare Azzurra has been on the market since 1996 and immediately specialized in the sale of second homes (holiday homes) on the entire Venetian shore of Lake Garda. Our clientele was mainly international thanks to the knowledge of 3 foreign languages, which helped to establish an immediate relationship of trust with the buyers. Over the years, the agency has also legally operated abroad to meet the needs of some investors who wanted to diversify their capital. Since 2006 we have also brokered in the United Arab Emirates where we still manage properties and in 2015-2017 we were also operating in the United States (Florida).

The original headquarters were located in Bardolino. From 2017 we moved to Affi, inside the Grand’Affi Shopping Center, directly at the main and central entrance, thus giving maximum visibility to our properties. In fact, the Grand’Affi Shopping Center is the meeting point not only for a large local public, but also from outside the province and above all foreigners, who have chosen the Affi motorway exit as their favorite for visiting Lake Garda. There are over 4 million visitors a year inside the same shopping center.

Unlike many agencies, in addition to using the latest technological means to better promote properties, we actively collaborate with other colleagues. This factor should not be overlooked by those who want to put their home on the market. Sales times are reduced and the public is widened.

Last and not least our agency is duly registered with the Chamber of Commerce. This might seem obvious but it is not obvious. Unauthorised pseudo real estate agents pose a serious problem. Those who rely on an unauthorised agent will not be able to ask for compensation in the event of damage due to a badly managed negotiation. Always ask for the identification card of the Chamber of Commerce.
